Position: Sous Chef | Memoir
Salary: Starting at 70,000 +

The Role:
As the Sous Chef at Memoir, you’ll collaborate with our Sous Chef, Executive Chef and General Manager to create memorable guest experiences and a positive kitchen culture. You’ll lead BOH operations, focusing on quality, creativity, and operational excellence.

Preferred Experience:

• 3-5 years of culinary management experience in a high-volume setting
• Culinary education preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Skills in food planning, purchasing, sanitation, and personnel management

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver consistent, high-quality food preparation, meeting safety and sanitation standards
• Manage food and beverage costs through inventory control and waste reduction
• Help oversee a team of 10+ employees, providing clear direction, feedback, and training
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for employees and guests alike
