Responsibilities:
Handle cash and credit transactions with customers
Issue change, receipts, refunds
Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information
Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction
Light cooking duties may be required
