• You’re personable and passionate about helping others, consistently going above and beyond to ensure guests and teammates feel valued and welcome.
• You have excellent interpersonal communication skills, allowing you to connect easily with guests and team members, ensuring clear, effective, and friendly interactions.

About the job:

• Engage positively with guests, ensuring they feel welcome, comfortable, and valued. Create an inviting atmosphere that allows them to feel relaxed and enjoy their experience.
• Prepare all necessary ingredients, garnishes, and equipment to set up the bar thoroughly for service. Support other team members with additional preparation tasks to ensure smooth service.
• Stay informed of updates to confidently answer guest questions and provide recommendations.
• Prepare cocktails and other beverages according to established recipes and specifications, ensuring consistent, high-quality drinks that meet guest expectations.
• Carry out basic cleaning and organization tasks, such as wiping down surfaces, restocking supplies, and maintaining a tidy workspace, as needed or directed by a supervisor to uphold a clean, inviting environment.
