As an Expo, you are an integral part of our restaurant's operational efficiency. Your role centers on coordination between the kitchen and the front-of-house team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Control & Plate Presentation: Possesses the ability to meticulously inspect dishes leaving the kitchen, ensuring they meet presentation, quality, and accuracy standards before reaching guests.
• Timely Delivery: Collaborate closely with team members to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of dishes to the correct tables while maintaining a steady flow of service.
• Special Requests: Communication of any special requests or modifications between the kitchen and servers, ensuring that guest preferences are accurately conveyed.
• Problem Resolution: Swiftly address any issues that arise during the dining process, collaborating team members to find efficient solutions.
• Collaborative Spirit: Work together with team members across various roles, to contribute to a smooth dining experience for our guests.
