We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Doorman/Security team member to join our restaurant and event venue. This role is key in balancing security with hospitality, ensuring the safety of guests, staff, and property while maintaining a welcoming and positive atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle situations confidently and calmly. You’ll be a friendly presence, ensuring a safe, enjoyable experience for all guests while upholding both security and hospitality standards.

About the job:

• Maintaining legal compliance by checking proper age identification of guests
• Assist in removal of unwanted individuals and logging incident reports
• Ensuring employee and guest safety
• Welcoming our guests entering and exiting with a great attitude
• Crowd management and problem-solving skills
• Situational awareness and vigilance of surroundings

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in security, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
