About You:

• A minimum of 2 years of professional culinary experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, demonstrating proficiency in various culinary techniques and mastered knife skills.
• A formal culinary degree or relevant certification from a recognized culinary institution is preferred, but a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• A comprehensive understanding of food preparation, with the ability to follow and execute recipes accurately and consistently.
• You are able to work effectively under pressure, maintaining a calm and focused demeanor while completing tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills, ensuring seamless collaboration with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams.
