You are someone who:

• Has at least 2 years of bartending experience
• Brings a positive, friendly attitude to the team
• Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Is passionate about crafting drinks that wow guests, from classic cocktails to signature creations
• Pays attention to the details, making sure every drink and interaction exceeds expectations
• Can handle busy shifts while staying calm, collected, and focused
• Takes pride in cleanliness, organization, and presentation

About the Job

As a Bartender at Revival House, you’ll help create a welcoming, energetic, and memorable experience for every guest. You’ll prepare quality cocktails and beverages, keep the bar running smoothly, and support the team throughout service.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating memorable moments by making guests feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for
• Preparing the bar and assisting with setup before service
• Crafting cocktails and beverages with precision while following recipe specifications
• Staying informed about menu updates, current offerings, and beverage selections
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient bar throughout each shift
• Using point-of-sale systems to enter orders and process payments, with Toast experience a plus
• Working a flexible schedule that may include evenings, holidays, and extended hours based on business needs
• Supporting a positive team culture that celebrates team member milestones and achievements
