This position is for Clio’s new West Omaha location at the Shops of Legacy (168th & Center)

Team training begins in early May ahead of our anticipated mid-May opening.

Following the success of Clio’s downtown Omaha restaurant, we’re expanding west and building the opening team for our newest location.

We’re seeking Line Cooks who are passionate about food, take pride in execution, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role is part of our opening Back of House team and plays a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality dishes from day one.

About You

• You have previous line cook experience; this role is best suited for someone comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• You communicate clearly and can read, write, and follow instructions effectively.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with physical tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the workday.
• You can lift up to 50 pounds on occasion and are committed to maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.
• You are dependable, punctual, and able to stay focused during high-volume service periods.

About the Job

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Set up, stock, and break down assigned stations to support efficient service.
• Execute orders accurately and consistently during service while maintaining pace and attention to detail.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper food handling, storage, and temperature control.
• Assist with inventory tasks such as rotating product, labeling, and communicating low stock levels.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout each shift.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and Front of House teams to support smooth service and timely execution.
