$20–$22 per hour, based on experience

An Austin original, Anthem is an Asian-Latin fusion, full-service restaurant coming to the heart of Omaha’s Old Market at the corner of 12th and Howard. We’re currently building our opening team and looking for great people who want to be part of launching something new.

We’re looking for Line Cooks who take pride in executing dishes with consistency, precision, and care. This role is essential to the success of our kitchen team and plays a key part in delivering a great experience to every guest.

About You

  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen is preferred but not required; we provide a comprehensive training program.
  • You communicate clearly and can read, write, and follow instructions effectively.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with physical tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the workday.
  • You can lift up to 50 pounds on occasion and are committed to maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.
  • You are dependable, punctual, and able to stay focused during high-volume service periods.

About the Job

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
  • Set up, stock, and break down assigned stations to support efficient service.
  • Execute orders accurately and consistently during service while maintaining pace and attention to detail.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper food handling, storage, and temperature control.
  • Assist with inventory tasks such as rotating product, labeling, and communicating low stock levels.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout each shift.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and Front of House teams to support smooth service and timely execution.
