As a Line Cook, you’ll execute world-class dishes over wood and charcoal, from fire-kissed steaks and hearth-roasted seafood to refined appetizers and Asian-influenced plates. We’re looking for chefs who thrive in an open-kitchen setting, bring strong culinary fundamentals, and take pride in delivering consistently high-quality food in a stylish, guest-focused environment.
About You:
- Minimum 2 years of professional culinary experience in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong knife skills and solid foundation in a range of cooking techniques
- Experience working grill or hearth stations with confidence in live-fire and high-heat environments
- Comfortable preparing both bold proteins and more delicate components such as sashimi, hand rolls, and refined small plates
- Familiarity with Japanese-inspired ingredients and techniques preferred
- Able to maintain consistency, timing, and composure during high-volume dinner services
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator who values teamwork
